One Sentence Perfume Review: Ambre Sultan, Serge Lutens
Like sitting by a campfire in the Piney Woods, eating vanilla toffee while you watch the winter sunset.
Notes per Aedes de Venustas: amber, benzoin, oregano, bay leaf, coriander, myrtle, angelica root, sandalwood and patchouli.

Now this MUST mean you love this scent. Sigh.
Yup, love it must be.
I feel very much alone...AS doesn't love me, AS doesn't love me, bouh houh....*sniff*
Helg
To quote the inimitable Brain :
" You got a PROBLEM with that, Pinky ?"
No, no problem, Chaya. Leo's right, I love the stuff. It's probably the best amber this non-amber lover has ever come across. Really, very nice.
Poor Helg--I feel your pain. A la Nuit doesn't love me, nor does Sa Majeste la Rose, and I am a floral person, dammit. Life is unfair.
BTW, anybody who's seen the Joe Strummer movie will understand why I have campfires on the brain.
Now that's poetry.
