Kobi says thank you...
... and so do I for the prayers and good wishes of her cyber pals. She is fine, her lump was just a harmless fatty tumor. She's home and getting around okay, although she still seems a little freaked out. Of course, she's always a little freaked out, so it's hard to know how much that has to do with the stitches down her torso. I expect she'll be back to bullying the other dogs and menacing the UPS man in a day or so.

Kisses to you both.
I'm so glad.
Hurray. I imagine her growling at me as I type!
Got all these people worked up and worried for nothing, didn't you girl?
;)
That's great news BG!
:) Dawn
Mary, Kobi says don't blame her, it's all the vet's fault--and Mom's. I am so relieved, because it really seemed ominous. She'd had the lump a long time, and then it suddenly quadrupled in size in just a few weeks. Weird.
She's still kind of out of it today, and freaked out, too. I've never seen a dog that reacts to pain the way she does. If she gets a little twinge she will start hurling herself around trying to "get away" from it--not exactly the best response. I hope she'll be better tomorrow.
Maybe the vet can give her something? Junie had some meds after her spay that made her lie down and take a lil nap or just decide to be very quiet for about 4 hours at a time.
They did give me an NSAID to give her, and I've dosed her faithfully, but she'd still kinda twitchy. "Hypersensitive" doesn't even begin to describe this animal.
