"You blind me with flashes of laughter..."

Lest I should know you too easily, you play with me.
You blind me with flashes of laughter to hide your tears.
I know, I know your art;
You never say the word you would.

Rabindranath Tagore

So, what are you whispering to me ?
What happens next ?

I adore Tagore.

Well that's a lovely way to start my day.

I think we're discussing whether Wilhelm is going to be invited to join our reindeer games--what happens next depends on our decision.

Glad it pleased you, Mary. That photo seemed very happy to me.

Whoop, I'm game! But who's Wilhelm? Is he cute?

Wilhelm is Wilhelm von Pluschow, the photographer. In spite of the fact that his name makes me think of "dog chow," I like to imagine that he was cute. Those two women look like they're having too much fun to be posing for money.
